Hi.

Last day of the term. Yet this last day has prove to be rather unlucky for me. Guess what? I overslept in the morning by 1+ hour! In fact it's my mother who has overslept(she wakes me up every morning you see). While i'm supposed to wake up at 5.15, i woke up today at 6.30. Whoa.

I was like mad. I brushed my teeth quickly and downed a mug of milk. Then i changed and rushed down straight away. 6.55am(25 more minutes to flag raising). I desperately flagged for every cab passing by, but none stop. I continued to try. 7.05am(15 more minutes to flag raising). My mother came downstairs as she saw me unable to get a cab. We went to another stretch of road, this time there were a few. But soon they were hired by people standing further away down the road. 7.10am(10 more minutes to flag raising). Mother decided to book a cab for me. I called the line and soon got one. 7.15am(5 more minutes to flag raising). The taxi came and i hopped on.

7.25am(-5 more minutes to flag raising). Okay. I was late by 5 minutes. I entered the school compound and saw already the four blocks of students sitting at the terraces listening to some announcements. After some 50 steps, i was stopped by a senior. He asked for my class and index no. So i told him, although i know that he was recording down those who were late. He said 'thank you' and 'bye' to me afterwards. So i made my way to class...

Sigh. This is the second time in my life that i was late for school and being caught(The last time was in primary one). Sigh. Hope that nothing will happen to me, getting punished by mr lim isn't my preferred choice. But i'm much relieved when wei lun said that he had been late for four times already and caught, but nothing happened to him.

Okay, back to the rest of the day. After school was the spring cleaning and issue of the reports. The cleaning was settled in 20 minutes, and we all settled down, heart thumping fast but patiently waiting for the reports. Soon the report lies in my hands. MSG = 2.83. At least it was below 3, i thought. Many of my classmates got 1+ though. Just as i was a bit glad that it had been better than i had expected, i looked at the teacher's comments sheet. Out of the 5, 3 of them are bad ones. One teacher even said my progress is slow. Nevermind about those, i'm quite determined to do well in term 3. History will not repeat itself.

Later was the APMOPS briefing. Nothing new to us was explained, it was meant to be sort of a recap of the things we are to do in case some of us forgot. Sigh. Tomorrow i will be walking with brandon and liang xun with a group of primary school students around the school. We even had to have lunch with them. Kinda boring, but i was quite glad to find one of my juniors from BPPS in my group.

Tomorrow is the start of the holidays already, but i have a feeling that i may not complete the homework given before school re-opens. There were quite alot especially chinese ones, and worse still, i'm having a camp in the second week. Hope that i can finish the homework on time.

Okay, it's 10pm already. I think i will sign off here, man this must be the longest entry ever. Okay, bye for now and wish me luck and success in tomorrow's APMOPS.
