What an unlucky day today.

I went out today in the afternoon. Nothing unlucky in the noon, but all these unfortunate incidents happened in the night. I was with my mother at city hall MRT station. We were to meet my mother's friend, a foreigner, though we never met her before. We did not have her phone number. It was 7 and we waited, waited and waited. At last at 8, we gave up. So we thought we would walk to marina square to have dinner. We came to the food court finally, but alas! The food court was closed for renovation! In the end we had to walk to millenia walk to have dinner. Almost all stalls have closed, i had no choice but to order yong tau foo. The food tasted real bad. After dinner we headed to the bus stop. We waited for quite some time before the bus finally came. Just at that moment i boarded the bus, there came 'popping' sounds from behind my back. I turned my head around and saw... Fireworks! I was like "why at that moment?" The bus moved off and soon the fireworks could no longer be seen (tall buildings blocked my view of the magnificent display). If only it had started a few minutes earlier.

Sigh. At least on this day, i finished my homework. Tomorrow will be one free day, will spend some time revising for history test. gotta go now. bye.
