Hi.

I had a wonderful time today.

I set of at 1.45 from my house, ready for a day of fun. I can finally meet my 'long-lost' chinese teacher. So i took 190 to plaza singapura with yong wei, ying hao, hong hui and qin sheng. When we got there we waited outside the cinema. That was where and when i got my first birthday present. Elaine passed me a large plastic bag and said it was from the girls(sharyn, jess, jo, elaine and val shared cost...)and inside was some blue thing. At first i thought it was a tissue box, but later found it to be a stuff toy... quite nice also. Then we watched the movie, harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban. But in the cinema yong wei passed me another plastic bag and said happy birthday. So i said thank you and took it. At first i don't know what's under the wrappers, but i went home and checked it out. It was a T-shirt. Yeah, just what i wanted. Thank you yw. The movie was quite nice, i manage to understand the plot although i never watch any of the previous movie.

After the movie i was damn tired(it's a very long movie). I phoned my chinese teacher, MS Tan, but she has not arrived. So we waited, and 10 minutes later she came. She changed a bit, particularly her hair, from black to gold...

So we went around the mall, and had a hard time trying to find a place to eat. At last we came to a japanese restaurant. I was like, please, not this place, i've never eaten japanese food before except for sushi. But they went in so i followed. I had chicken curry rice there. Quite nice, but i had it with cold water, so i had a stomachache later... After we finished eating we stayed in the restaurant to chat. I got my third birthday present from ms tan. It was a chess set made of glass... whoa. I like it, although i thought my brother will like it more... My fourth birthday present came went ying hao started collecting the money for movie tickets. He said i don't need to pay, so he said it's a birthday present for me. I was kinda guilty when he did so, his birthday was 9 june and yet i got no presents for him.

When we left the restaurant it was like 8.45pm. The girls suggested going to k-box in lot 1. So ms tan drove there, the girls took 190 and the boys took mrt. So we boarded the mrt, but later realised that choa chu kang is 17 stops from dhoby ghaut! We thought it would be too long so we alighted at orchard to take 190. But we wasted about 10 minutes running around orchard station as we can't find the correct exit! but we managed to in the end.

We turned up at lot 1 later then the girls and ms tan. They had decided not to go k-box, as the fees are too expensive at $16 per person. We ended up in the food court, ms tan treated us to drinks and we had a good chat.

At 10 sharp the food court staff chased us out. We hang around at the entrance to the mall and chatted for quite some time also. Somehow we can't bear to leave ms tan. It'll be another one and a half year before we can meet her again. But she promised that she will TRY to go to the basketball court to meet us tomorrow as we will be playing there.

So that's the gathering. Quite happy today, got lots of presents and a big thank you to all! I think tomorrow, the very special day, i will go and join them in basketball after much persuading by them... okay, gotta sleep 'early', bye for now... signing off happily
