Hi. Now very sian..

Had been trying to search for the chronology of events in Emily of Emerald hill. But i cannot find any... except for one which is so damn crap. I think i just post it here lor, it's so short...

The first flashback to Emily’s childhood and early marriage shows the traumatic vulnerability and powerlessness of her youth. When we return to the 1950’s we see how Emily’s present flows out of her past.

The second act brings us to the late ‘50’s, followed by a flashback to the glory days of the early 1930’s. Emily’s domestic triumphs culminate with a return to the late ‘50’s, “babi buah keluak” and the story of Kheong’s break for freedom.

The last scene shows Emily’s old age in modernizing Singapore. Her mind drifts free of time. Her memory rewrites the past as she would have liked it to have been, with every battle a sweet success and herself secure in the love of her big, strong son.

So that's it. I think that's what alvin aw found also. I mean, i have been searching for 1 hour liao, but still can only find one. I think the whole class can only find the same piece of information, maybe not the case for real pro guys like mingwei.

Have not study for literature test. Gotta spend some time on it later... Will study more of computer studies test tomorrow morning. Sign. Quite a lot of homework today... the chronology thing, english info report thing, then got the science bio prac book. A bit stressed liao, friday's the debate against zhiguang's group and now he's working so hard on it... i think we will surely lose. Lose is still okay though, but the embarassing situation when you are at a loss of words after they challenge you... that's the horrible feeling. Anyway i think i should worry about lit test in the mean time... Haven't study a bit for it...

Hmm.. Suddenly remember today is the last day goh chok tong is our PM. Served singapore for 14 years... and now lee hsien loong is taking over. Sigh. Still got 15 minutes left before PM goh steps down after 14 years...

Nothing else liao. By the way i had a real hearty chat with isaac just now, it started off because i found something funny on the net... anyway thanks isaac for your time!! haha... hmm... com studs test tomorrow, lit test on friday, kayaking on saturday, science and maths on monday. Still got some PCME test on tuesday.. lol.
