Hi. Back from camp. It's fun!

Haha don't really feel like posting an entry now, very tired... Anyway not gonna post another entry like the one on atc. So i guess i'll just briefly talk about it lor.

Haha first day was at chinese garden. We basically did adventure race. It was a bit sian, walking around chinese garden to different stations for different activities. The most sian part was during first aid. Something humiliating happened... haha don't talk about it. Perhaps kayaking was the most fun. Rafting was not bad, but my new shoes became dirty and muddy in an instance.

Did nothing much at night; they cancelled the blindman's walk thing. Then had green bean soup for supper, before going to 'bed'. The tent sucks, mosquito seems to be entering but cannot get out. And it was damn stuffy inside. Did not manage to sleep well, caught only about 2 hours of sleep i think.

Second day began with the 2 hours trek. Had a great breakfast of diluted milo and nasi lemak without spoon. Then began the trek... not very tiring although there's something else more bothering(haha you should know what...) haha but luckily i've got powder. So it was okay lor. CDANS was a far better place then chinese garden. The facilities rocks, although the lunch doesn't. My group members all don't know how to cook using stove and solid fuel. They put the stove upside down and light the solid fuel on the ground! They even lit two at the same time and added 1st and 2nd degree. Me and jx stood and watched in silence... Did not have a very filling lunch, had some rice and a chicken sausage. But the rose drink was nice.

Then came low and high ropes. Low element was fairly easy, except for the wall. I could not climb over it!!! Damn zi bei lor. Very very zi bei. Was like almost over liao then did the wrong thing... then in the end failed. Haha high element seemed scary enough. While the instructor was talking about all the safety stuff i was half-asleep... But later tried belaying. It was still okay lor. And did the high element only once. It was successful except for the last part, when i descended. Position was wrong. But nothing happened to me lah...

Then at night was campfire. But this most awaited event (marks the end of the camp?)was being destroyed by rain. But at the same time it allowed us to slack on the air conditioned bus for 30 minutes. Also found out that the bus journey from chinese garden to CDANS took about 15 minutes, while on foot it was 1 hour and 45 minutes. Hmm.. In the end had an artificial campfire. It was kinda lame that they piled up all the torchlight, turned off the lights and called in a campfire. But we did some cheering and songs. And group items. We were about to do 'humping hans', but at that very moment esther came. So we dare not do it. Cause it's a bit vulgar...

Went back to tent after supper. By the way supper was overnight green bean soup i think. The green beans all mashed up like siao and the soup sucks. Haha then got back to our tent and found it flooded. Alamak. Went to find our group instructor, ren chan, and he inspected the tent and deemed in unsuitable for sleeping. So we ended up sleeping under one of the chalet houses. Had a better sleep this time, caught about 4 hours of sleep.

Last day was basically clearing up. In the morning the breakfast was buns and cakes(or so-called pau). And diluted milo. Then there was PT eh. It was super duper slack. Did some 'warming up' exercises and suddenly the instructors said, 'Pumping positions down!'. Ji3 scary. Haha so we pumped... and after 10 we were up on our feet liao. ERPS. Was expecting at least 20... Haha and it ended with a kinda lame game. 'Those in school t-shirt stand on my right, those with orange colour t-shirt stand on my left...' Then got one part was shoes. A lot of us got nike shoes sia, haha for me i fell in the category called 'Other brands'. Haha mine is a chinese brand eh, called 'EN-DO'. Lol.

Then unpegged the tents and did area cleaning, before boarding the bus back to chinese high. Had a debrief. And prize presentation. The most SURPRISING thing was that my group is the winning group! I mean, we did not do a single cheer while going for places to places, we did not prepare for the campfire item, our cheers are definitely not the loudest, BUT WE WON!! Alamak. They made mistake liao. Anyway we each got a wallet, which looks kinda expensive. And guess what, the word 'MILO' is printed on it. Lol.

Hmm. This year's camp was not as saddistic as last year's. Somehow the FIT instructors this year was so different from last year's. They were much more approachable and 'lenient', and ren was no doubt the best and kindest instructor around. Haha he's just very good lor, can't find any words to describe him.

Enjoyed the camp! Haha gotta go play games for now, relax for a while... Tomorrow will be another school day, so sian. Why can't the school let us have another day of rest? ALAMAK. Okay, that's it. Signing off...
