Hi. Today was the 4.8km run.. not too bad lar, last yr's was worse. cos somehow today's route doesnt seems to be dat long although its the same as last yr's. Haha yar basically i ran alone lar.. last yr i was walking with basil as we both got severe stitch. haha den today i oso kena stitch.. so in the end i walked half the distance lor. not like yw so pro, can walk the whole thing and finish in time. haha den on the way to the finish aa past me. and he said 'why you run so fast?' den after dat he sped off liao..... haha yar den kj and zg oso gave me encouragement..

anyway i received a stupid sms... it goes:
