haha today was a great day.. shall jus tok abt the 2 events..

Dover Park Hospice Flag Day 2005

haha i was excused from the event but hey, flag day is kinda fun and besides its quite a rare opportunity to be able to sell flags as a squad together. haha so even bohao went. anyway we started at kallang at 9am. nygh oso got pple sell flag, den still got some international sch pple. at first me yw wilson sy hc and ws decided to go suntec there sell flag. but somehow we alighted at raffles place instead of cityhall.. so when we came all it was all office buildings. there were a few ny gals selling flag there and the no. of pple there was pathetic sia. so wilson and sy went to somewhere else and sell flag, while me yw ws hc jus wander arnd lor.. den somehow we got to boat quay and continued walking.. walk and walk until we came to a bridge. as we cross the bridge saw two angmohs infront studying a map. so i went up and say 'hi do u nid help?' den they ask me whether dere is anywhere nearby selling food. den i say its still quite early so the shops are not open yet. den they ask me where is the china place. so i looked at the map and pointed out 'lucky chinatown'. haha den i pointed at the CDL building. den they thank me and walked off. haha but b4 they left i asked if they wld like to donate some money... well anyway they donated 50 cents... hehe..

we continue walking till we reach funan it mall. den finally we came to city hall mrt. we went thru the underpass until another exit... dats where we split up. hc and ws stoned there while me and yw went into citylink mall.

so we walked all the way to suntec city. were planning to raise some money there but kena chased off by 2 security guards. so we went to milenia walk and den to marina square. somehow yw came up with the idea of going to tiong bahru. so we called hc and ws to meet them at tiong bahru. den we took 195 and reached central green condo, b4 walking to tiong bahru market. haha business there was quite gd bah.. at least 40+ pple donated to me in an hr. managed to raise only abt $20 to $30 in the end.. haha not a large sum but i tried my best le.. hahahaha

returned to kallang at 12pm. returned the bag of money and had lunch at mac. den me and yh took 67 at 1pm back to hwachong. reached at abt 1.45 and changed into council u.

APMOPS 2005 Prize Presentation Ceremony

haha ushering wasnt very tough. all the teachers and parents kinda easy to handle. but one of them asked me to do her a lot of favours. haha like she told me to go look for a kid and ask if he's from bedok green. and she told me to check if grp 9 has entered the auditorium. haha had to run down and up again to check. but its okay lar.. not blaming her cos dats wad i'm there for mah.

basically after all the parents teachers and students came in our jobs are more or less done le. during the presentation jus stoned along the walls and direct the prize winners. haha den after all has left the audi helped clean up the place and walla.

so dats all today. haha beginning to sense the hols mood le. too bad got like 15 hols hwk for the 4 weeks. well anyway hope can get to bowl abit this hols... must brush up bowling skills for bowling comp le..
