ah. i'm feelin sooooo low rite now. cos lots of things happened in sch today.

yes as minyang has mentioned there are currently 23 ppl in the team, only 22 ppl are needed. Last nite we were at poolside after ccc trng, and we were thinking of who shld be the one to be kicked out.

of cos its not nice to have to kick someone out of the team, afterall every1 has been trng hard for the past few weeks. but the situation leaves us with no choice. we hav to kick some1 who is either not committed or not skilful enuff.

but wld it be commitment of skills? commitment affects the skills, becos not being committed will make ur skills worse. and skills affect commitment too, being not skilful enuff, a person is likely to be more committed to train up. but this is where interest plays a part. if ur skills sucks and u hav no interest and no commitment, you shldnt be in this competition.

minyang broke his wrist a few wks ago.. he had to miss ccc trngs but he chose to come and at least give timings. this is commitment. dats why i told yizhi the 23rd person shldnt be minyang, you can tell that he's passionate abt the competition by looking at his enthusiasm.

but wilson is different. he came on monday to do self trng. yes it is commitment. but self trng for 45 minutes is effective? on top of that he had missed every official ccc trng sessions for 2 weeks. and he claims to be part of yize's flagstaff team. wads the point of trng for flagstaff if you dun train with ur team?

when we told wilson abt considering switching to shelter team, his response was: 'wad? you expect me to change after trng flag for so long?' then he said 'if you all wan to boot me then boot lar, dun come and tell me all this shit. after that he became pissed off with me, jus becos i was the one who made the phone call.

i still dunno wads on wilson's mind. he told me he didnt wan to come for trng becos of jingkang. wad kind of crap excuse is that? does that give him the rights to come for trng as and when he likes? without sparing a thot for his teammates?

i totally dun see any commitment in him.



today while passing the np room keys to wilson he said: 'btw i quit campcraft com already.'
i asked whether he's mad at me, he didnt say a word and left.



kept wondering whther i've done sth wrong again.

meanwhile, another issue is going on in class 4a. its not nice to talk abt it, i think every1 learnt an impt lesson today, who we reli had been and wad we ought to hav done. esp for him, him who totally changed after chem period today, which was spent on resolving the issue. like wad clement said, it's reli hard on him, cos we are the ones who chose him for the job, and this restricts him from being like any other in class 4a. and as a result he was seen as being not responsible, and not able to command our respect.

but hopefully after today things will change.
