cny has been fun!!

last sunday i went to visit my ah mah. her home moved to east coast which is imba far. took 700 to dhoby ghaut, then took 14 to some private estate area, hmm and the home is jus across the road.

its has been 1 year since i last saw my ah mah. haha and she grown very old liao. seeing her jus brot back memories of the past, where she was living with us and when she was senile she brot lots of trouble for us. like once she kip complaining she cldnt find her false teeth while the false teeth is in her mouth. then she went arnd the whole hse searching for her teeth. then my mom was very pissed off and scolded her. there was once my mom threw the knife at my grandma, cos she was very very x 100000^(100000^10000) pissed. its not the knife you use to spread kaya, its the one butchers use. but luckily it missed. cos both my grandma and ma wld hav been dead if it hits.

then when my dad pass ah mah the egg rolls, she cried. becos she knew the egg rolls were from my mom. and she kept having the thot that my mom is gonna die. but my mom is doing very well!! but anyway it was quite touching bah. i tried to hold back my tears too. cos i noe my mom hasnt been treating ah mah very well in the past. yet she's still cares for my mom.

and i nvr forgot this once; it was abt 8 - 9 years ago. i was in my room, then ah mah came in holding a chocolate bar in her hand. she asked me if i wan it. somehow i was in a bad bad mood, i told her to get lost.

but now i'm feeling very very very x 1000000000^[100000^(10000^10000)] guilty.

anyways, i learnt from my dad two days ago that my ah mah has transferred to woodbridge. cos she beat up other old pple at her home. reason: pple go toilet pang sai nvr close door, so very stinky cos ah mah's bed is jus outside the toilet. but she beat up other old pple 5 times b4 liao, so the doctor decides to put her in a safer place.

anyway that was on the first day of cny. after the visit took a nice loooong ride on 14 back to clementi, then 184 to home.

second day of cny was when all my cousins and aunts came over. except for my big aunt whos in usa. hmm and all the guys were super big built! not like me so short.... hahaah but anyways i sat thru 3 rounds of mahjong for 4 hours and in the end i lost 40 cents. Hah

nth much on 2nd day. 3rd day pia hw like shit cos the first few days nvr even touched. hahaha had too much fun le. hmm then in the evening my bro's frens came over for mahjong again. so i joined in and i won 20 bucks!! woooohooo!!

back to sch on wednesday, haaa cny break was super short larh. china got one week holiday leh.

ccc has been gd i shld say. the gadget and shelter are finalised. every1's roles are finalised. and the time of competition has been picked! omg. yize's team is first to go, 8 in the morning. my team: 2.20pm. wtf. it will be scorching hot.

the times were picked last friday, when me and yize went to pa for ccc briefing. basically the briefing was jus a repeat of wad was said bah. got one stupid guy. during QnA asked a stupid question. it goes: 'are we allowed to bring our own ball of twine?'

then every1 laugh, and samuel kweh asked that guy to use his common sense and think b4 he asks. LoL niao FEW!



jus now i tried to take a nap but cldnt slp. cos i was thinking abt ccc.. it suddenly dawned upon me that its jus 2 weeks away. 2 weeks later and we will be pitching our stuffs on the actual grnd. and that 2 weeks is not a very long period. then i was thinking of how ccc is tainting the relationships between me and my frens and my farmily. i realised that ever since ccc trng started i haven been very kind to my parents, neither has they been very kind to me tho. yep i understand they are very concerned abt my health and the amount of sleep i get, but not to the extent of scolding me every time i return home at 9+. its not like i'm the only one in the competition. other pple are going home late too. they shld give me another form of care - encouragement instead of scoldings. and i realised i had been cold to some of my frens as well. i guess its stress bah. stress is causing every1 to pms. but anyway i hereby apologise to any1 whom i had not been treating nicely, esp those who finds me different from who i used to be. pls forgive me.

took the sec 1s for trng last fri for the first time. had a hard time trying to teach them sedia, not until zhenjie introduced the 1,2 thingy. then every1 was shouting out '1, 2' everytime sedia was given. looks silly, esp when ncc was walking past. then seow zhi yi walked past. one cadet saw him wearing green socks and said sth like 'haha ncc wears green socks'. i was like o. m. g. zhiyi turned arnd and stare at me. i turn arnd and stared at the sec 1. then i told him not to insult ncc. i turned back and zhiyi was walking away liao. phew.

combined pt was soooooo fun. hahaha and yingmao asked the sec 2s to do drill in front of the sec 1s. lol it was chao funny. for the first time it feels as tho the sec 2s are doing good drill! -_-
