Having worked at popular for 3 weeks, it's a good experience since i've met so many diff types of pple. everybody goes to popular; i believe if you're reading this, you've been to popular b4 as well. but anyway, some customers reli puts you off.
makes you wan to _l_ (^.^) _l_ at them. like one guy who asked me abt the change in the 5th edition and the 6th edition Mathematics new syllabus 3, i was like .how the fuk do i noe. so i told him 'i'm not very sure abt that', and he said 'wad do you mean you dunno?' so i got a more experienced staff to handle him. lol. and i've met so many customers that inspect their new textbooks that you've packed for them. then they will go like 'ah boy ar, there's a scratch here, can change one for me?' so i go change the textbook and passed it back to them. 'hey there's another scratch on this one..' so i changed again. 'this one still has scratches, why all the textbooks like that?' so i very pissed off then took the entire stack of textbooks for them to choose. if the textbook is obviously torn, its understandable, but some parents care so much for their children that they even check if the pages are larger than the book cover(by 1 mm)(serious)(just 1 mm) which happens becos the binding is not good. one lady observed that and asked me to change. i took the whole stack and showed her, saying 'mdm, all are the same'.

but the ultimate was one lady who asked me to pack her booklist. so i took all the books for her and she asked abt the price. i went thru the price list with her. then she say, 'wah its almost the same as school.' '....' 'i'll go ask my husband abt it.' and she left and nvr came back. and she didnt take the textbooks with her.

on the other hand, some customers are reli nice pple. one passed me a plaster after she saw my finger bleeding from paper cut. and there was this lady who said 'wow, you are very well-versed' after i explained to her the changes in the syllabus, and b4 she left she said 'thanks, you've been a great help', like in the GotheExtraMileforService advertisement.

and i think my colleagues are reli nice people too. hahahaha

oh yeah met woankeng, yuanchang and kangjie the other day.

working is a good exposure to society.
