ahh today had been a bad bad day. for the entire day it had been raining.. the sky had been gloomy from dawn to dusk..
didnt go for local's day today, cos i thought i was tired and needed a break. i'm always tired.. but it was a bad mistake. took the bus home at 1.30, on the way home kena ka jiao by the avi (Assumption Vocational INSTITUTE) ppl. so a brief introduction of avi.. its located along upper bukit timah road, close to chestnut drive secondary school. just go to google and type "assumption vocational institute", you'll find the website. on the website it says: "Assumption Vocational Institute (AVI) provides vocational training for early school leavers aged 14 and above who leave school after their Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE) or before completing their secondary education." this short intro is enough to tell you the kind of pple who goes to sch there. its basically boys' town lar. there are only two types of students there. 1, students who dont care about their studies and their future. 2, students who tries very hard but still cant make it. and typically students there are ah bengs. (in that case do we still call them students?) but ok, lets get on with wad happened b4 i continue talking abt the sch.
so 3 avi guys boarded the bus, 1 sat beside me and the other 2 behind me. i was listening to my mp3 but its not difficult to hear wad they're talking abt, and i knew they wanted to play some joke on me. so awhile later, one of them at the back tapped my shoulder. i turned around and he said: "got water drop on your head." so i felt my hair and there was this small tissue ball there.. i removed it and the guys giggled a bit. then one of them took another tissue ball from my hair and passed to me. i was pissed but i couldnt do anything. i simply ignored them until they alighted. it was a small incident but i felt super effed up.
like wad i wrote in my GP journal (the topic was on steoreotypes), i sometimes wonder about the future of these pple. wad happens to them in future? do they get a proper job and family? or be gangsters and participate in street fights? dont they themselves think about their own future? wad are their parents doing? wad is the school doing? and wad is tharman doing?
i guess thats the curse that comes with living in the north-western regions of singapore. correct me if i'm wrong, but i think most neighbourhood schs are found in the north and west regions of the island, while top schools are all in the east and central.
i swear i'm not gonna take the bus with these pple again.
it was so unlucky today, that the elevator of my flat was out of order! we had 2 elevators, but one of them is undergoing renovation and shafting works. and it so happened that the only operational one was unoperational. so i had to climb 10 storeys xD which was rather good exercise.
on the contrary yesterday was a much better day! becos i had bowling training and i think i've improved! thats the thing about joining a cca which you like.. you find that going for training is very much enjoyable.. to me, going for training is just like going out to bowl with frens xD lol and yinghao and i trashed 2 other seniors (by luck la..) and got a cup of drink. lol lol.
ok i'm gonna avoid the avi pple from tmr onwards..
ways to avoid them:
1) Take the bus after 6pm
2) Take the bus before 12pm
3) Take buses 170 or 961
4) Take any bus to bukit timah market and transfer to 75, 184 or 970
5) Take 852 to yishun and transfer to 171
6) Take 151, 154 or 156 to raffles town club and transfer to 960
zzz its a waste of time but i cant stand them anymore.
aphelion nite tonite! wanted to go back but i changed my mind in the end. not supposed to say why though..
tmr is a friday! TGIF! i like fridays =) and bowling training again on saturday! npcc reunion dinner on saturday nite! jts on sunday nite! yay!!
yea ok i think thats all for now. oh and i shall try climbing 10 storeys from tmr onwards cos its really good exercise =)
