my bandwidth exceeded again on freewebs! thus for sometime this blog got no pics no background. now i've switched to photobucket =)

today is the first day of super camp. i can say its really good exposure, becos you get to noe more pple as well as noe more abt the kids. these kids are made known to us as 'underprivileged', although i am still unclear of their background. orphans? poor living conditions at home? i dunno. but actually, they are just like any other kids.

theres this kevin in my group which is like hyper active. he's pri.2, runs around like crazy, jumps up and down rows of seats in the lecture theatre, etc etc.. it was quite a shock when we first met him cos we knew it is gonna be a hard time. and it was. this kid nvr seems to run out of energy..

theres another gal called hui hui who's very aggressive. group flag painting, ice breakers, she refused to take part. she would just firmly say bu yao and walk off. its very demoralising becos while the camp i/cs and group i/cs worked hard to organise this camp, the kids dun like it. but gradually during station games hui hui became more enthusiastic.

in fact, most of the kids are generally talkative and mischievious. i guess its becos of the lack of moral education from parents? i'm not sure.

it had been a demanding day just running abt with the kids. after camp dismissal went to the curry wok with daryl yaozhong and clarence. curry there is super nice, so is the cold tofu. SUPER NICE. cos i sua gu nvr go there b4 xD
