in every concert performance/play/tv show, there is always a team of backstage crew.
while the performer/actor/presenter appears on camera, the backstage crew are the people who gets the show going.
in fact, if there's no backstage crew, there will be no lightings, no sounds, the presenter has no proper makeup and clothes, there wont be props, no costumes, etc.
this backstage crew is important.
in many real life situations there is a backstage crew too.
a common example would be, say, you help a friend in a project.
the project was completed successfully and presentation went smoothly.
you are his backstage crew.
and there are many other examples of smaller scales. each time A helps B with something, A is B's backstage crew. without A, B would probably have to turn to other people for help, or do everything himself and if all else fails, give up on whatever he's working on.
but whats the difference between a tv show and in a real life situation?
in a tv show, the backstage crew gets acknowledged when the credits roll.
but in real life, most of the time this doesnt happen.
sometimes, people dont even realise the fact that someone has helped him/her along the way.
sad, isnt it.
on a lighter note, let me tell you about yechao's laws!
yechao's 1st law states that a human being must sleep 7.5 hours on weekdays and 8 on weekends.
yechao's 2nd law states that when you're tired, you should do some work because being tired is not an excuse.
yechao's 3rd law states that if you have nothing better to do, you should grab a book and read instead of wasting time.
hhahaa random la.
got back physics and math lecture tests today, got an E for both papers = pass!
not v glorious but i'm glad nevertheless.
as long as i study hard enough, passing promos is not a problem..
ok i think thats all for now!
