hai i feel so bad.
today someone slapped me for no reason and i was quite pissed so i said the f word.
and at least 10 people heard me..
this is really retarded. its stupid.
i must learn how to control myself man.
seems to be so easily agitated these days.. maybe its becos of the lack of sleep?
i dont know, but this feeling sucks.
i swear i shall not say a word of vulgarity in public again, at least i'll try not to
i'm looking for a change, and only i can help myself

on a brighter note today 10 of us went for lunch at vivo!
i rly like these outings, although today half the time i felt rather sucky becos of wad happened
hmm and after lunch we walked around the place and looked at books pets etc
then i went down to holland v to catch up with the bowling peeps
there's this settler's cafe which i never knew it existed
so we just played board games lol and had quite a bit of fun
then we went to some yi poh restaurant in the area for dinner
and after that seems like all of us have the runs
yuck.
