didnt click on it of cos, did a search on google and apparently that website will gain access to your hotmail account and password. yup so dont go to that website!

bowling training was great! my release was finally okay. of cos, more practise is needed. i think i need to thank tidus for that, it was him who helped me understand the fingering. and of cos coach francis for never giving up on me.. speaking of francis, he was half an hour late for training today probably becos of the heavy rain, and shermaine got the entire team to send an sms to him. the message was 'Coach! 您没事吧!' haha stupidz. but the expression on francis was rather hilarious lol.
