brand new 2008, which also marks the end of our 2 months of holidays. and whoa, my holidays have been quite a blast! although i didnt travel overseas, waking up at 12 everyday and being able to watch tv/play com itself is simply pure bliss. of course, i havent neglected my work.. in fact its one of the rare times that i finish my holiday assignment on time (or even complete them for that matter). well actually not yet, i have 4 more tutorial 10a questions to go..

hmm and tmr's my dad's 53rd birthday, we went to crystal jade at causeway point ytd to celebrate. haha its a once in a blue moon thing la. the restaurant was really crowded, we had to take queue numbers and wait for our turn. but anyway i realise how singaporeans really know how to enjoy themselves. and while people are stuffing lobster meat and abalone porridge into their mouths over here, i cant help but to think how people in other parts of the world cant even have a proper meal. even in the restaurant itself the income disparity was rather apparent. there was this table which seated 4 people, but only 3 were eating. the 4th was a maid, and she was feeding a baby. whoa! even a baby gets to eat at crystal jade. as singaporeans, we are really very fortunate aint we.

haha ok now that 2008 is here, my wish for the new year would be world peace, a stable economy for singapore and happiness for everyone! =) 2007 has came and passed so fast, seems like just ytd we were freshmen in college but in fact we'll be j2 when school starts tmr..
